ANGELINA JOLIE has gone into hospital, to begin the preparations for the arrival of her twins [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].
JOLIE’s physician, Dr. MICHAEL SUSSMANN, gave a press conference today (yes, really) at the Lenval Hospital in Nice, southern France, to let the public know that mother and babies are doing fine.
When asked about a specific due date SUSSMANN stated:
“I can’t give you a date. Let’s say the birth will happen in the weeks to come.”
He added:
“Mrs. ANGELINA JOLIE and her husband, Mr. BRAD PITT, told me to tell you that she is doing absolutely fine,” said the doctor, apparently unaware that the actors aren’t married.
“Her hospitalization at this stage in her pregnancy is totally normal for a patient who had a Caesarean (section) during her first pregnancy.”

The aged has-been’s of friends-fame are apparently eager for another stab at the limelight. For reasons know only to themselves, they have chosen to do this by inflicting a ‘Friends’ movie on the general public [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].
According to the British press the gang would be keen to make a return to a screen near you, ‘Sex and the City’ style, ‘under the right circumstances’…
A source says, “Jennifer (Aniston), Courteney (Cox) and the rest of the cast are keen to reprise their roles, under the right circumstances. The box office success of Sex And The City has really got their wheels spinning about how a Friends film could be just as big, if done right. Timing and the script are really important, but now that Courteney and Jen both have production companies, they can potentially get very involved in those decisions.”

ZOMG! As you may know, word broke last week that father of LINDSAY & ALI - ex-con, MICHAEL LOHAN, may have fathered a third daughter out of wedlock. The first pictures of the (alleged) secret half-sister have just been released [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].
The newest member of the LOHAN clan, ASHLEY KAUFMANN (see near-left and below for images), has a mother who seems to rival DINA LOHAN herself, in the publicity seeking stakes.
Mother, KRISTI KAUFMANN, spoke to OK Magazine about this issue and even had the good grace to pretend she would have rather settled the matter behind closed doors:
“Many times I offered to do this privately so the other LOHAN kids wouldn’t be hurt,” KRISTI told OK!. “But MICHAEL would not live up to his obligations.”
KRISTI says she met LOHAN at dinner with a mutual friend in the 1980’s. Years later, the two met up again in 1994 and began an affair. “It went on for about 4 weeks,” she says. “He told me he was separated from DINA. He told me about LINDSAY’S Jell-O commercial. He took me to meet his parents. We were in love.”
Oddly, despite father, MICHAEL LOHAN’s, statements earlier this week - heavily implying that he was the father of 13-year-old mini KAUFMANN - he is now saying that he wants a paternity test to prove that ASHLEY KAUFMANN is really his daughter. He took the swab-test on Monday to determine paternity and said the following of the impending results:
“If the test is found to be negative, she’s gonna be sued for libel and defamation.”

Woot. Please excuse my brief episode of self congratulation… but I am so happy, as I have reached a page view milestone today [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].
My humble little personal blog has just reached 250,000+ page views from the 2,500 pages that are viewed each day, from a near 900 post archive.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank every single person who clicks on any pages on this blog. Without your continuing visits and support, this blog would almost definitely have closed down by now.
I started the blog on 9 November 2007, to help me deal with personal problems I was having and express my point ofview. Over the past 8 months or so, I have ‘met’ many, many interesting and stimulation people in cyberspace via the comments and I am glad everyday that I not only wrote on this blog in the good times, but also stuck it out when I wanted to delete and be done with it in the bad times.
Once again, many, many thanks to all of the amazing people that took the time to stop by and visit even one page of my blog.
Every view is noticed and appreciated.

Ooooh, dah critics were proven wrong. JAY-Z spanked some arse and took names at the Glastonbury festival 2008 [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].
He started his set with a cover of ‘Wonderwall‘ by Oasis, as a middle finger to his very vocal critic, NOEL GALLAGHER — guitarist and chief songwriter for Oasis - who earlier this week stated that poor ticket sales were soley down to a hip-hop headliner:
“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” GALLAGHER complained back in April. “If you start to break it, then people aren’t going to go. I’m sorry, but JAY-Z? No chance.”

Just when AMY WINEHOUSE had managed to scrape together a modicum of goodwill by performing at Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday, she screws it up at the Glastonbury festival by spitting chewing gum at fans and elbowing people in the face (see the clip 0:15 secs in and in slow motion 0:25 secs in).
Excuse me please while I sit down and catch my breath, I’m exhausted form defending her…
Keep yourself amused by giggling at her almost being pushed off from the platform where she is standing by pissed fans at 0:45 and by her super-weave (which weighs more than her) wobbling at 0:52.
Oh, I almost forgot. It is not shown in the clip, but WINEHOUSE got booed for mentioning husband BLAKE and she also told the audience to get ready for JAY-Z and to be:
“grateful they weren’t getting KANYE WEST as he is a c*nt.”

UPDATE 30 JUNE 2008 In response to the attack, WINEHOUSE’s spokesperson told the BBC (who broadcast the event):
“The ‘lashing out’ was when someone tried to grab her hair and she reacted,” the spokesman said. He added that “one person misbehaving” did not spoil the singer’s enjoyment of her performance. But footage of the incident did not clearly show what provoked her lunge.

The nay-sayers have been proved wrong. After AMY WINEHOUSE blew off the photo call for the NELSON MANDELA 90th birthday concert in Hyde Park, London, in favour of visiting her hubbie and boozing alone - no one expected her to show up, let alone rock the show [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].
Bless her cotton socks. WINO actually showed up to perform in front of the 46,664 strong crowd, looked like she might be sober, stayed up right for four whole minutes and she sang ‘Rehab’. Um… the end

LINDSAY and ALI LOHAN have another sister [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog]. Their father, ex-con, MICHAEL LOHAN, has told press that he has a love-child, who would be the second youngest of his brood.
In a statement to OK!, MICHEAL says, “Years later [the woman] contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child.”
In fact, OK! has seen letters MICHAEAL wrote to the girl’s mother where he says that his secret daughter “is beginning to look a lot like LINDS, with a mix of [younger brother] CODY, believe it or not.” He also sent his daughter a photograph of himself while he was still in Collins Correctional Facility which he signed “Love Daddy.”

The auction, taking place on eBay, was at $7,100 last time I checked. The jacket is an extra small and an original prop used in the film.

JAY-Z has caused a lot of controversy in the run-up this year’s Glastonbury music festival [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].
The organisers of the traditionally indie/ rock festival have decided (for reasons know only to themselves) to give JAY-Z top billing at the event, much to the chagrin of of fans, locals and artists alike.
By all reports this is the first time the festival have any tickets left as it prepares to go ahead… EVER!
I’ll put it this way, growing up, it was always pretty much a given that you stood a cat-in-hell’s chance of getting a ticket to Glasto, as they were literally like gold-dust. The tickets always inspired a huge rush upon their release and nearer to the event the only way to get your hands on tickets was to buy from scalpers at a huge mark up.
For 2008, however, this is not the case. The organiser’s got so desperate to shift tickets this year that they resorted to selling the tickets in a high-street retailer… and they STILL have tickets left!
I have been listening to the radio most of the day, listening to whiny little biotches saying they are boycotting the event by not going for the first time in say 6 years, in protest of the hip-hop star. They are adament hip-hop has no place in a rock festival.
NOEL GALLAGHER — guitarist and chief songwriter for Oasis - agrees.
“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” GALLAGHER complained back in April. “If you start to break it, then people aren’t going to go. I’m sorry, but JAY-Z? No chance.”
JAY-Z responded in an interview with U.K. radio host TIM WESTWOOD on Wednesday, saying,
“At the end of the day, these barriers that they have are only put up to separate us. There is only good music and bad music.”
“The world should be all about mixing culture,” Jay-Z said. “Hip-hop is music in its art form. It should be accepted and respected. It’s all the same thing, it’s just coming from a different perspective.”

MADONNA and GUY RITCHIE have reportedly agreed to end their seven-year marriage.
There are multiple ‘friends’ and ’sources close to the pair’ that are spilling the beans on the (most likely entirely fictional) separation [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].
MADONNA allegedly told GUY:
‘I’m sorry, I want a divorce’. And he agreed. It was quite painless but very sad.”
One source disclosed to theDaily Mirror:
“He’s a bit down in the dumps, and who can blame him. He’s off to the country to get a bit of peace and quiet.”
MADONNA, 49 reportedly has begun seeking advice from divorce attorney FIONA SHACKLETON, who represented PAUL MCCARTNEY in his divorce. RITCHIE, 39, is believed to be consulting with FORSTERS, a lesser-known London law firm.
The couple apparently did not have a prenuptial agreement when they wed in 2000. This could mean the motherload of all paydays for RITCHIE as there is potential for a 50-50 split of assets. MADONNA is worth around $600 million (Biotches!).
