Khloe Kardashian, younger sister of Kim, has had her mug-shot taken as she prepared to go to jail, for violating probation, after a DUI [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

UPDATE - Khloe turned herself into police this morning, in order to to start serving her 30-day sentence.
The 24-year-old was arrested last March for DUI. She was given a very celebrity-justice sentence of probation and was told to complete an alcohol education programme and community service. For reasons know only to her self, she did neither and now has to pay the price.
Ok, for reals, how hard can it be? When given the choice wouldn’t you go for the easy celebrity-justice rather than anything resembling hard-time?
FURTHER UPDATE - I rarely swear on this blog, but fucking hell! Khloe Kardashian has already been let out of prison. In the time it took for me to make and eat my dinner, she’d handed herself in, served 173 minutes and then had been let back out.
According to TMZ:
A Sheriff’s spokesperson tells us she was released because female inmates are eligible for early release due to overcrowding. We’re told there’s only one female jail and it’s “busting at the seams.”
Khloe’s uber-attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has just issued the following statement: “Khloe was prepared to serve her entire sentence if that is what the Sheriff’s Department had ordered. Having said that, she is, of course, happy to have been released and she is looking forward to fulfilling all the conditions of her probation.”
