Madonna ‘Get Stupid’ Video – Controversial?

Madonna is still trying to p*ss people off with her amusing, if unimaginative publicity stunts [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

Her latest attempt at courting the headlines is a promo feature for ‘Get Stupid’.

The video has caused controversy *yawn* after comparing John McCain with Adolf Hitler.

The song itself sends off a message telling everyone to wake up and that the future of the world is in our hands.

Check out the new video below, from MADONNA feat. PHARRELL called ‘Give It 2 Me’ [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

‘Give It 2 Me’ is MADONNA’s second video after the awesomeness that was ‘4 Minutes‘.

MADONNA can be seen cavorting around, in the candid style promo, in little more than panties and thigh highs, while PHARRELL pretends not to notice.

The NEPTUNES produced tune and the video leave me a little cold, but I have a sneaking suspicion they are growers…

Madonna Now Proud Owner Of David Banda, I Guess

MADONNA is now officially the proud owner… oops… mother of baby DAVID BANDA [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

The little boy the singer adopted, some two years ago, is now officially her adopted son.

A Malawian High-Court granted the star and permanent adoption of 2-year-old BANDA.

Madge’s lawyer said, “We are very happy with what the judge has ruled. Finally the court has granted Madonna full adoption rights of the boy…It’s all over, thank God. It is a positive and beautiful judgment that will have an impact on Malawi’s adoption laws.”

Madonna ‘Hard Candy’ Album Released Early

MADONNA clearly got bored of waiting… and unleashed her new album, ‘Hard Candy‘, four days* early.

Isn’t impatience just a son-of-a-b*tch! [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

The songs were originally released with a drip drip effect exclusively on the Vodaphone mobile phone network about a fortnight ago. Someone clearly didn’t told them that the interweb is a marvellous invention and all the tracks were freely available anyway (thus negating any exclusivity)…

Anyhoo, MADONNA has released her ”Hard Candy”’ Album via her Myspace.

The hip-hop laced album has 12 tracks, including collaborations with TIMBALAND, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and PHARRELL WILLIAMS. The album-closer, for example, “Voices,” features production by TIMBERLAKE, TIMBALAND and NATE “DANJAHANDZ” HILLS.

The song builds to a dark, cinematic crescendo, as the album ends with one lone tone. KANYE WEST lso offers a fast-paced rap on ”Beat Goes On,” the eighth track, breathlessly rapping, “I think I’m going to try something new.” Madonna’s decision to release her eleventh studio album for Warner Bros.

Madonna Feat. Pharrell ‘Candy Shop’ – New Single

The track below is reportedly the second single to be released from Madonna’s ‘Hard Candy’ album. The song is called ‘Candy Shop’ [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog]. The tune is another uptempo dance number, this time produced by Pharrell Williams.

The comments on this clips YouTube page point out that the song has its merits, but is sub-par compared to the craaazy beat on ‘4 Minutes‘. Frankly, I agree. I love mah boy Pharrell, but Timbaland spanked him on this one

‘4 Minutes’ Madonna Feat. Justin Timberlake & Timbaland – FULL Audio

The new Madonna track ‘Four Minutes’, featuring Justin Timberlake has been leaked online in its entirety [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

I was gunnin’ for this track and so wanted it to be bad – largely due to the sh*tty cover art and tacky launch on a shampo commercial. However, I have to admit, the track is a damn site f*ckin’ better than I thought it would be! The Timbaland intro is hot as hell – the rest I could kinda take or leave, but I can see it growing on me!

As the intro puts it… ”I’m out of time, and all I got is four minutes… four minutes”…
