ANTM Cycle 11 Taken Once A Day Keeps The Doctor Away

I’ve been at home poorly today and did not feel up to much except laying about in bed catching up on my trash TV [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

Been off work sick for two days and to be honest I have done little else (hence lack of posts).

Today’s trash show was the premier of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 11. I’ve been looking forward to watching this for a while, so I’m glad it’s finally on.

Fox 5 News Blasts Solange Knowles

Solange Knowles has gotten a proverbial biotch-slap by the p*ssed news anchors on Fox 5 News after acting like a spoiled brat on one of their affiliate’s shows.

The hosts first mocked the pronunciation of Knowles’ name and then made remark after remark and said:

‘No wonder Solange isn’t the famous sister…’

What a little Brat!

Quit gravy training off your sister and do your own career!

TV Rewind: Tyra ‘Focus On Race’ & Hidden Racism

During my random video-thon weekend, I also found another interesting Tyra show ‘Focus On Race’ [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

Before anyone tries to be clever, yes, I do know these are probably mega-old, but I am in the UK and don’t have Sky so it is virtually impossible for me to watch these shows unless it’s via YouTube.

This episode was the summary of Tyra’s ‘Focus On Race’ season.

Each video below is more shocking than the last. If these clips are new to you I recommend you watch them to really find out what people say about other races when they think no one is listening!

TV Rewind: Tyra ‘Middle Child’ Syndrome Episode – Feat. EPIC Fail Mother

I have had a bit of a YouTube-tastic video weekend. I have found and some gobsmacking videos (and by ‘gobamacking’ I mean ‘really old’) [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

The first video I want to share with you is off a family based episode of Tyra.

My jaw dropped and I picked it up off the floor.

I was agog, sad and disgusted at what I saw when I pressed play.

This video is entitled simply ‘Cold Mother’. The premise is to examine the dynamics a family has when there is multiple children. It is about some crack-ho of a mother who hates her own child. She ignores and chastises her beyond reason and even tells her she ‘wishes she had her aborted’. Fook! Who does that!
